What is a telecom foreman?

Telecom Foremen are experienced professionals who supervise and coordinate the work of crews installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications systems, such as fiber optic and copper cabling, wireless infrastructure, and related equipment. They ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to technical and regulatory standards.
