Job description

Compri Consulting is seeking a Product Application Engineering Manager (ReRAM / NVM Solutions) for a direct hire, onsite position in Scottsdale, Arizona

This role leads system definition, customer adoption, and product shaping for ReRAM-based NVM solutions. It bridges end-application requirements and silicon development, owning product requirements and driving differentiated, application-ready solutions. Responsibilities include defining product specs and datasheets from customer needs, creating reference designs and evaluation boards, serving as the primary technical interface for key customers, supporting design-ins, and collaborating with design, marketing, and sales teams.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor s or Master s in electrical/computer engineering (or related)
  • 7+ years in applications engineering or product definition (preferably EEPROM/ReRAM/NVM)
  • Strong knowledge of memory architectures, I C/SPI interfaces, and embedded systems
  • Familiarity with circuit design and PCB layout
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Preferred: automotive, industrial, or telecom experience.
