Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical engineering teams supporting data center cooling products.
  • Oversee design, testing, NPI, product transfers, and sustaining engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with UL, CSA, CE, NEC, and industry standards.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to solve technical issues.
  • Approve designs, BOMs, schematics, and engineering documentation.
  • Drive Lean initiatives to improve quality, cost, and efficiency.
  • Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in data centers, HVAC, industrial power, telecom, or cooling systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical, CREO, UL/CSA standards, and manufacturing processes.
