Project Title

Network and Telecommunications Infrastructure Assessment and Documentation Project

Purpose

  • Client seeks the services of an experienced Network Telecom Engineer to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its existing telecommunications and network infrastructure. The selected consultant will analyze, document, and provide recommendations regarding clientโ€™s current voice, data, and telecommunications environment, with particular emphasis on Avaya, Cisco, and Microsoft telecommunications platforms.

  • The bjective is to establish a complete and accurate inventory of the current environment, identify operational risks and optimization opportunities, and provide documentation that will support future planning, budgeting, modernization efforts, and operational continuity.

Scope of Services

The consultant shall perform the following tasks:

Task 1: Discovery and Assessment

Conduct a comprehensive review of Client''''''''s telecommunications and network environment, including:

  • Voice and telephony systems

  • Data network infrastructure

  • Network connectivity and architecture

  • Carrier and telecommunications services

  • Internet and WAN connectivity

  • Voice gateways and session border controllers

  • Unified communications systems

Minimum Qualifications

The consultant must possess:

Required Experience

  • Minimum ten (10) years of Network and Telecommunications Engineering experience.

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience performing telecommunications assessments and documentation projects.

  • Experience within public sector, housing authorities, government, or similarly regulated organizations preferred.
