Audit hundreds of Telecom bills for contractual compliance, charge variances, accuracy, forecasting and

Business Analyst to support the Network Circuit Delivery team with detailed reporting and analysis

Responsible for auditing Telecom bills, identifying errors, filing disputes and confirming complete bill accuracy.

Creating detailed reports, pivot charts, and summaries based on large amounts of data

Correlating circuit orders/disconnects with billing accuracy and financial forecasting

Assisting the Circuit Delivery team in capacity planning reporting and follow-up

Detail oriented and analytical. Able to take large amounts of data and efficiently identify trends, follow-up on disputes and report summaries to Senior Management.
