Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Unit Notes - Hiring Process: Candidate Interview- Interview with MedSol Clinical Team- No Unit Manager involvement - Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted - Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote

Unit L&D/PP/MB - SAS # L&D Beds 8 Bed LDRP # OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections? 1 # Triage beds 0 # Postpartum beds 8

Births per day? Month? Year? Approx 35 deliveries/month Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios? Yes

Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE

Common diagnoses/Types of patients Low risk >36 weeks Experience or 'Must have' skills L&D Expereince Are RNs required to titrate drips?
