Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a trusting, therapeutic relationship with clients, facilitating open communication and engagement.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a wide array of mental health disorders, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Lead therapy sessions—both individual and group—using appropriate therapeutic techniques to promote healing and skill development.
• Regularly monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring they are effective and aligned with clinical goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, referring clients to specialists or additional resources when necessary to enhance overall treatment quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current and valid State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
