IHRE AUFGABEN
  1. Technische Sachbearbeitung Ingenieurbauwerke
    • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung von Maßnahmen an Ingenieurbauwerken
    • Durchführung von Bauwerksprüfungen und Reparaturmaßnahmen
    • Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Bauüberwachung, Dokumentation
    • Koordination externer Fachbüros
  2. Technische Sachbearbeitung Gewässerunterhaltung
    • Organisation und Umsetzung von Gewässerunterhaltungs- und Renaturierungsmaßnahmen
    • Mitwirkung bei Hochwasser- und Starkregenkonzepten
    • Abstimmung mit Fachbehörden und Anliegern
  3. Querschnittsaufgaben und Sonderprojekte
    • Abstimmung mit Behörden und internen Stellen
    • Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen und technischen Konzepten
    • Mitarbeit bei Sonderprojekten und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen (Dipl.Ing. FH/Bachelor); alternativ langjährige Erfahrung als Bautechniker/in (Hoch-/Tiefbau)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Brücken-/Ingenieurbau wünschenswert
  • Zertifizierung nach VFIB (Bauwerksprüfer nach DIN 1076) bzw. Bereitschaft, sie zu erlangen (arbeitgeberfinanziert)
  • Kenntnisse im Vergabe- und Vertragsrecht (u.a. VOB, HOAI) sowie den begleitenden technischen Regelwerken
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikations-, Kooperations- und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Nutzung des Privat-PKWs zu dienstlichen Zwecken (gegen Aufwandsentschädigung)
