Job description

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager for a client, to lead a high-visibility Department of Defense engagement focused on enterprise business transformation and technology modernization.


This role is ideal for an experienced leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys building trusted client relationships, and is passionate about delivering meaningful mission impact. You'll oversee program delivery, financial performance, team leadership, and customer success while partnering closely with senior government stakeholders.


Beyond program execution, this position offers a unique opportunity to help shape account strategy, drive organizational growth, and expand leadership responsibilities as the portfolio evolves.


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex federal programs, large-scale initiatives, or enterprise transformation efforts.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, risks, and client relationships.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Federal Civilian agencies.
  • Background delivering enterprise business systems, ERP, digital transformation, data modernization, or technology-focused initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and day-to-day execution.
  • Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain


Location: This role will require 75% onsite work in Arlington, VA
