This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Seeking a caring, reliable individual Teen Respite Provider to support a teen girl with special needs in the Oneida area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring and making a positive difference.  Support may take place in her home or out in the community. 
 
Responsibilities include supervision and companionship as you help the girl build confidence, independence, and life skills.  
 
This teen enjoys: crafts, painting, sewing, beading, going out to eat, being outside, swimming, and volleyball.  
 
Location: Oneida, WI
 
Wage:
$14.13 per hour (shifts less than 8 hours)
$207.45 per day (shifts over 8 hours) 
 
Hours:
Up to 20 hours per month - after school
Up to 8 DAYS per month -weekends       
         
Responsibilities:
Companionship and supervision during community outings
Engage with the teen in her activities of interest.      
Provide emotional support during times of emotional dysregulation          
                                                                                 
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
Willing to take the teen to do activities in the community in your vehicle. 
Previous respite experience working with children/teens with behavioral or mental health challenges. 
Willing to undergo a background check prior to hire.  
Must demonstrate compassion, respect, and support toward the transgender community
