• Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions that address a range of behavioral health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans through thorough client assessments, ensuring alignment with each client's goals and aspirations.
• Participate in regular team meetings and collaborative discussions to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies with fellow professionals.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes using digital health records and tracking tools.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling to enhance your clinical skills and service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training to further your skills and adapt to emerging trends in mental health care.

Your primary focus will be working with teenagers and young adults, a demographic that often encounters unique social, academic, and emotional pressures. Many clients may present with anxiety, depression, or experiences of trauma, requiring a sensitive and informed approach to therapy. By establishing trust and rapport, you will play a pivotal role in guiding them towards healthier coping mechanisms and positive life choices.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain client confidentiality and ethical practice in a telehealth setting.

• Experience in a high caseload environment with the ability to triage and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable, especially in the context of adolescent and young adult mental health.
• Proficiency with digital therapy platforms and documentation systems.
• A background in facilitating group therapy sessions or workshops is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
