Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with teenagers and young adults, a demographic that often encounters unique social, academic, and emotional pressures. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • An active and valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain client confidentiality and ethical practice in a telehealth setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a high caseload environment with the ability to triage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable, especially in the context of adolescent and young adult mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
