HOW YOU'LL HELP DRIVE THE FUTURE OF NATURAL GAS?ย 
We are seeking a detailoriented Data Analyst to support material master data, vendor data governance, and inventory operations that help keep our natural gas system running reliably. In this role, you'll ensure data accuracy within SAP, support storeroom inventory strategies, and help optimize supply chain performance across the organization.
This posting covers multiple experience levels; title and compensation will align with experience.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate material and vendor master data in SAP, ensuring adherence to standards and business rules.
  • Review, validate, and cleanse data before system entry.
  • Support inventory control strategies to reduce stockouts and balance material availability with cost efficiency.
  • Analyze stock levels and recommend replenishment adjustments.
  • Resolve issues related to deliveries, invoices, and material discrepancies.
  • Participate in crossfunctional efforts to improve supply chain processes.
  • More experienced candidates may also lead rootcause analysis, mentor junior analysts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Must Haves: ย Minimum Requirements (Entry Level)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1+ years experience in materials management, logistics, supply chain, or datarelated work.
  • Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills; analytical and detailfocused.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.

  • 3-6+ years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain operations.

  • Ability to lead improvement initiatives, crossfunctional teams, or mentor others.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) or experience with reporting/data tools.

EMERGECNY RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS
TECO Energy and its companies serve a role in providing critical services to our community during an emergency. Team members are required to participate in the response/recovery activities related to emergencies/disasters to maintain service to our TECO Energy customers. Team members are required to work in their normal job duties or other assigned activities. Proper compensation will be made in accordance with the company's rules and procedures.

A pre-employment drug screening, as well as a background check (including education, employment, criminal and motor vehicle) will also be conducted as part of the pre-employment screening. A physical may be conducted if required for the role.
