Product Manager, Digital Operations- Mars Veterinary Health
LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
Los Angeles, CA, Full time
COMPENSATION:
$144,265.00 - $225,414.06

You Will:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Lead product discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management.
  • Prioritize features and investments based on customer, business, and technical needs
  • Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions, including third-party platforms and integrations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact products.
  • Measure product success and drive continuous improvement through data and customer feedback.
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Your Experience Should Include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, program management, or technical operations (e.g., DevOps, SRE, Platform PM). (Strong understanding of modern software development life cycles (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience using and configuring monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, New Relic).
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills.

Salary Range: $144,265- $225,414
Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness.
