Technology Transactions & Outsourcing Staff Attorney

Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 50 firm seeking a Technology Transactions & Outsourcing Staff Attorney to join its nationally recognized technology practice. This opportunity is available in Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, or New York for an attorney with 4+ years of experience handling technology transactions and commercial contracting matters.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support complex technology and commercial transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate technology, outsourcing, and commercial agreements
  • Advise clients on matters involving information technology, AI, blockchain, digital health, telecommunications, and other emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with attorneys and clients on sophisticated technology-driven transactions
  • Utilize legal technology and AI tools to support efficient transaction management
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of technology transactions and commercial contracting experience, preferably at a law firm
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Experience with technology, outsourcing, AI, blockchain, digital health, or telecommunications matters
  • Comfort using AI-powered legal tools
