Job description

The Director, Technology & Digital Services provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of enterprise technology services supporting clinical, operational, and administrative functions across the healthcare system. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer or Senior Director, Technology & Digital Services, this role is responsible for translating enterprise IT strategy into operational plans and ensuring the reliable delivery of secure, high-performing technology services. The Director oversees multiple teams and workstreams and is accountable for service performance, operational efficiency, financial management, and alignment with organizational priorities. The Director partners with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to advance technology capabilities that support patient care, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation initiatives.
Annual Salary Range: $133,057.60 - $196,268.80

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.

Experience:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technology or digital services is required.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams or managers.
  • Experience delivering enterprise technology services in healthcare or similarly regulated industries preferred.
