Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Marketing Technology Strategist to manage and optimize the performance, governance, and continuous improvement of the company's web properties. This role partners with Marketing, Analytics, IT, Security, and external development teams to deliver secure, scalable, measurable, and high-performing digital experiences that support lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and optimize Cintas web properties, campaign destinations, forms, and website-based marketing technology to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Translate marketing, campaign, and customer journey needs into scalable website experiences and technology requirements.
  • Manage CMS governance, publishing workflows, templates, components, and web standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead website conversion optimization efforts, including landing pages, forms, personalization, testing, and buyer enablement tools.
  • Manage external development partners, including backlog priorities, scope, timelines, quality assurance, and delivery accountability.
  • Ensure website experiences are measurable through analytics, tagging, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Oversee website integrations with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, personalization, DAM, chat, and other digital platforms.
  • Coordinate website releases, platform dependencies, and issue resolution with IT, Security, Cloud, and development teams.
  • Monitor website health, accessibility, SEO, performance, tracking accuracy, and user experience to identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on web platform capabilities, best practices, feasibility, and future website or MarTech enhancements.

Skills/Qualifications
Required
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in web platform management, digital experience delivery, marketing technology, or a related field
  • Experience managing enterprise websites, CMS platforms, and digital initiatives that support lead generation and customer engagement

Preferred
  • Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitefinity, Sitecore, Drupal) and related technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, tagging, APIs, and web integrations
  • Knowledge of B2B demand generation, conversion optimization, personalization, SEO, analytics, and digital customer journeys
  • Experience managing external agencies, development partners, website releases, and cross-functional projects
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
