Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

Next Generation, Inc. (NGI), an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute all aspects of technology projects in one or more specialties, including systems/business analysis, application development and implementation, PC/LAN support, or technical writing. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a sound understanding of technical environments, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Job Requirements:

Manage and execute all aspects of assigned technology projects from initiation through completion.

Lead projects in one or more specialized areas:

Systems/Business Analysis

Development and Implementation of Applications in a Networked PC Environment

PC/LAN Support

Technical Writing

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

Oversee project scheduling, implementation, and evaluation activities.

Identify and mitigate project risks while managing scope and change control.

Communicate effectively with technical teams and user communities to ensure project alignment with business goals.

Prepare status reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.

8+ years of experience in one or more technical specialties listed above.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager (PMP certification desirable).
