Job Summary:
Centre Technologies is a full-service Managed Services Provider (MSP) offering IT solutions including Cloud Delivery and Cyber Security. They are seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee the complete life cycle of projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Plans, controls, and executes project requirements following Centre processes
• Works with Resource Managers to staff projects.
• Defines and communicates roles for project team members (functional-technical).
• Works with customers and technical resources to develop project plans, detailing work breakdown structures.
• Ensures that requirements are contained within the defined scope.
• Manages customer and external supplier deliverables.
• Develops communication strategies and leads communications with key stakeholders.
• Document and drive issues through resolution, escalating to the customer and IT management as necessary.
• Makes recommendations to improve project management processes
• Operate within a Scrum and Agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

Required:
• 3+ years experience managing IT projects
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s Degree
