Job profile:
Senior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while managing risks, stakeholders, and resources effectively. The candidate must be familiar with Planview tool and have knowledge in AGILE and Waterfall methodologies.
IT project managers work across the enterprise to ensure that IT projects of all sizes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. Project managers bring their organizational savvy to the entire project life cycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution and stakeholder communications. A Senior IT Project Manager makes an impact as a seasoned, professional individual contributor, ready to manage projects, work independently, help teammates thrive and collaborate with stakeholders across the company.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resources required to complete the project successfully.
  • Project Execution: Manage the project team and ensure that all project activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, core team members, extended project team to ensure that project goals are met.
  • Communication: Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team members.

Required Skills:
  • 5-10 years of Project Management experience
  • Minimum experience with 5 full Project Life Cycles (preferably with MNCs)
  • Experience with both Waterfall and AGILE methodologies
  • Global experience (LATAM, EMEA, NA)
  • Expertise in using Project Planning Management tool
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to clearly and concisely convey information to stakeholders of all levels
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
  • Good time management skills to be able to manage your own time and time of team members to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Problem solving skills to be able to effectively identify and solve problems that arise during the project, including to think creatively, identify potential solutions and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment, working independently with proactive approach to tasks

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience of managing Finance system projects is preferred
  • Financial Systems background preferred (Oracle EBS or SAP)
  • PMP
