Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project outcomes meet user expectations and regulations.
  • Oversee the project intake process by evaluating proposals, assessing feasibility, and prioritizing initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Integrate automation and artificial intelligence tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to promote continuous improvement in project management.

Required Qualifications
