Job description
Job Title: DHHS Epic Clinical Project Manager
Location: Remote/Hybrid Raleigh-Durham, NC
We are seeking an Epic-certified Clinical Project Manager with strong EHR implementation experience to support a large-scale Epic transition project for a State Healthcare Division. The candidate will lead the planning and execution of clinical components for an Epic EHR implementation, transitioning from legacy systems across multiple facilities.
Mandatory Requirement:Candidate MUST be certified in at least one Epic Clinical application.
Certification number and date must be included in the submission.
Manage scope, schedule, and quality of Clinical EHR project teams.
Collaborate with state leadership, program managers, vendors, and stakeholders.
Lead deployment planning and readiness efforts across 3 go-live waves.
Oversee reporting and documentation using MS Project Server.
Drive process improvements and workflow optimization in clinical operations.
