Direct Hire
Position Summary
Reporting to Chief Information Officer, the Technology Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of both AI-related and general technology projects across the enterprise. This role will be instrumental in managing vendor relationships, improving process efficiency, and supporting digital transformation efforts using our internal Azure infrastructure.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
AI and Automation Projects:
Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Manage outsourced AI development partners using Azure services (e.g., OpenAI, Glean.ai).
Oversee implementation and adoption of AI-driven tools with measurable ROI.
Promote AI literacy through training and internal communication.
General Technology Projects:
Deliver software integration projects on time and within scope.
Lead stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and requirements gathering.
Manage timelines, risks, and communications across diverse teams and vendors.
Governance & Communication:
Maintain project documentation and executive dashboards.
Track KPIs and project outcomes; recommend improvements based on data.
Ensure projects align with compliance, risk, and ethical guidelines.
Competency - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong project management expertise using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Familiarity with Azure AI services, data integration, and vendor collaboration.

Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time
