IMTAS is looking for an experienced forward-thinking individual to serve as the BPA Program Manager for the IRS User Network Services Support contract.
BPA Program Manager (PgM) (Principle) shall be responsible for day-to-day oversight and management of the BPA, including hosting, coordinating and participating in all BPA Level meetings with IRS. The BPA Program Manager shall be located in a campus location of the IRS. The Contractor BPA Program Manager shall have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor on all award matters relating to daily operation.
Required qualifications: Certification or university degree in IT Program Management and 5 years' experience performing IT Program Management for Government projects or a degree in IT Program Management, or Management with 7 years of IT Program Management Experience.
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Information Technology (IT) User Network & Services (UNS) supplies and maintains all deskside (including phone) technology, provides workstation software standardization and security management, inventories data- processing equipment, conducts annual certification of assets, provides IT Service Desk's the single point of contact for reporting IT issues, and provides services for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.
