Job description

Position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Entarian is looking for a Senior Program Manager that shall exercise comprehensive oversight of all contractor personnel and activities, ensuring adherence to the PWS and applicable standards. The Program Manager shall possess the authority to commit contractor resources and make binding decisions on behalf of the contractor organization. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets * Management of contract performance * Quality control * Risk mitigation * Stakeholder engagement * Proactive communication of potential issues to the Government The Program Manager shall maintain a continuous on-site presence and shall be responsive to all Government inquiries and concerns.
