Shift Schedule: Days: 7A–7P / Nights: 7P–7A
    Credentialing / Onboarding Time: 6–8 weeks
     
    License: Any State License Accepted (Federal facilities allow any state license unless otherwise specified.)
     
    Certifications:
    • ASCP or AMT certification
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    Experience Needed: Prior 2+ year of Scrub Technician/ Surgical Technologist
     
    Special Skills Needed:
    • Proficient in multi-department laboratory testing (Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, Microbiology, Urinalysis)
    • Strong instrument troubleshooting and QC/QA experience
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting
    • Experience with LIS/EHR systems
    Responsibilities:
    • Perform routine and complex diagnostic laboratory testing
    • Analyze and accurately report results to providers
    • Maintain quality control and regulatory compliance standards
    • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
