Job description


As a People Manager, this role leads the strategy, design, and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that move customers through the full lifecycle journey. It ensures alignment across channels, stakeholders, and business units while leveraging data, technology, and insights to optimize engagement, pipeline creation, and overall marketing performance.
Responsibilities
  • Integrated Marketing Strategy: Leads the development and evolution of multi-touch, multi-channel marketing strategies across email, digital, social, web, mobile, and direct channels to effectively move customers through the lifecycle. Ensures coordinated execution across marketing, sales, and technology platforms. Continuously refines strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and customer experience.
  • Program Execution & Optimization: Directs the execution of integrated marketing programs using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. Monitors performance metrics and optimizes campaigns to drive high-quality lead generation and improve conversion rates. Scales best-performing tactics across programs and business units.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners with content, digital, social, events, branding, and product teams to develop compelling messaging, content, and customer experiences. Aligns stakeholders around shared goals and ensures consistent communication of marketing plans and outcomes. Facilitates collaboration to drive integrated execution across the organization.
  • Data, Analytics & Insights: Oversees closed-loop analytics including conversion rates, pipeline creation, acceleration metrics, and win/loss analysis. Translates data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement. Establishes reporting frameworks to measure program effectiveness, performance marketing, and ROI.
  • Marketing Operations & Governance: Manages marketing budgets and ensures efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment. Oversees marketing processes, tools, and governance practices to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance. Serves as the marketing subject matter expert for assigned business units.
  • People Management: Provides strategic leadership on all aspects of people management while modeling our leadership principles. Cultivates an environment where people are empowered to grow, take initiative, and succeed through clear direction, continuous coaching, and shared celebration.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Level is dependent on years of experience and size/complexity of prior positions held.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, and/or customer lifecycle strategy. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Proven expertise working with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Dynamics 365, along with digital marketing and personalization tools.
  • Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in brand & marketing understanding, business acumen, critical thinking, customer experience, experience design, marketing investment optimization, meeting facilitation & presentation, and product management.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in decision making & judgement, people management, and program management.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, translating data into actionable marketing strategies. Strong project and time management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity effectively. Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering measurable business impact.
