The team leads cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives, supports major M&A integrations, and drives transformational changes to the firm’s operating model and technology platforms.**The Role**### As a **Senior Director** in the Enterprise Transformation Office, you will partner closely with executive and senior leadership to lead the delivery of Invesco’s **enterprise AI transformation** program. This includes coordinating across teams responsible for a portfolio of AI initiatives, such as workflow redesign, employee-facing AI tool deployment, and enterprise-wide AI acceleration programs.You will operate at the center of cross-functional execution, ensuring strong alignment, transparency, and disciplined delivery across initiatives.
