JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Enterprise Data Integrations plays a critical role in advancing enterprise data connectivity and operational excellence across NCLH's business functions. This position leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of data integration initiatives that enable reliable, accessible, and scalable data solutions to support informed business decisions and organizational growth. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders, the role fosters collaboration, innovation, and accountability while ensuring the integrity and efficiency of enterprise data operations. The Manager also develops and mentors a high-performing team focused on delivering impactful integration solutions aligned with NCLH's strategic priorities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data integration solutions across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to define integration priorities, requirements, and scalable solutions that support operational and strategic goals.
  • Manage and develop a team of data integration professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and best practices to drive adaptability, transparency, and efficient project execution.
  • Establish and maintain data governance and quality standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, security, and availability of enterprise data.
  • Oversee documentation of integration processes, standards, and procedures to support operational continuity, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and integration capabilities that enhance performance, scalability, and business value.
  • Monitor integration performance metrics and communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure successful and timely delivery of integration initiatives.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE:

Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:

Information Technology

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise data integration, data engineering, or related technology disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong experience with SQL, enterprise ETL frameworks, and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Experience supporting enterprise integration initiatives and delivering scalable data solutions within complex business environments.
  • Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and operational objectives.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Matillion or Informatica, cloud-based technologies, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Git, event streaming technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, and programming languages such as Python or Java preferred.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise data integration concepts, architectures, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused solutions.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment across teams and initiatives.
