The Opportunity
As a Payer Operations & Transformation Consultant, Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients in the health industries sector, focusing on operations consulting to drive transformation and efficiency. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions that address complex challenges in payer operations. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, helping them navigate the evolving landscape of health services and optimize their operational strategies.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks, all while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. This is an opportunity to build your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
