Operations Associate II
Job Description:

The Role:
Our site in Aurora 500 is seeking a 2nd Shift, Mon-Fri/2 pm to 10:00 pm, Operations Associate to join our team. Entegris has an opening for an Operations Associate in the Pads Production Division - an excellent career opportunity for qualified individuals, especially those with experience in a safety and quality driven manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Manufacture Entegris CMP Pads using a variety of manufacturing equipment (laminator, CNC, die press, brush clean)
  • Perform required data entry and record keeping.
  • Perform required quality testing and inspections.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment.
  • Understand and adhere to Entegris values, procedures, policies, etc.
  • Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities.
  • Comply with plant safety initiatives.
  • Perform miscellaneous production-related tasks (for example, cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory)

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.
  • Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift.
  • Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend and reach upward and handle small screws, washers, fasteners, etc.
  • All employees go through 30-day on-the-job training in a fast-paced, hard-working environment.
  • All employees are expected to be flexible, working in varying departments as needed.
