Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives, including application integration, data integration, and AI-driven transformation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, SDLC methodologies, and cross-functional coordination within enterprise environments.
This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing multiple priorities, driving execution excellence, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management activities for complex IT and AI-related projects in alignment with PMLC and SDLC processes.
  • Manage all phases of project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate project activities across IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, architects, and business analysts.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including:
    • Project Charters
    • Project Plans & Schedules
    • Risk & Mitigation Plans
    • Communication Plans
    • Budget Tracking
    • Gate Review Documentation
    • Status Reports and Metrics
  • Monitor project performance against objectives and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, business requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Partner with architects and business analysts to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Provide regular executive-level reporting on project health, risks, dependencies, and strategic impacts.
  • Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and resource constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, governance, and organizational standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within ongoing and future initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional and matrixed teams.
  • Support additional strategic initiatives and assignments as required.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience leading application development and data integration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Proven experience independently managing mid-sized to large-scale IT integration projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application integration and systems deployment practices.
  • Experience working with Project & Portfolio Management tools such as:
    • MS Project
    • Planview
    • SharePoint
    • Other PM governance tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable IT deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively identify project risks and dependencies.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizational environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Strong time management and deadline management abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing AI/ML-driven technology initiatives or digital transformation programs.
  • Background in Commercial Insurance domain.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, integration architectures, and reporting solutions.
  • Experience working with audit and compliance-driven environments.
  • Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications and modern integration frameworks.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications preferred.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams and enterprise stakeholders.
Education
