Job Summary and Qualifications

As intern, you will assist with compliance for Indirect Tax area including business credits and incentives, property tax, sales and use tax, insurance tax and unclaimed property. You will respond to questions and assist with requests from internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare compliance forms, reports, and returns.
  • Retrieve, assemble, and analyze tax, general ledger, fixed asset, accounts payable and other information.
  • Document procedures and workflows for routine tasks.
  • Respond to information requests from internal and external customers.
  • Assist with special projects related to various Indirect Tax issues.
  • Assist with tracking and with monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations and accruals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Working toward completing the coursework for a Business, Finance, or Accounting degree is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
