  • Maintain detailed and accurate technical notes and escalate issues to the appropriate IT resources when needed.
  • Provide remote and phone support to employees working at satellite locations.
  • Provide on-site, hands-on technical support at clinic locations as needed.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Troubleshoot and provide support for computers, phones, mobile devices, printers, scanners, copiers, webcams, audiovisual equipment, dental sensors, and other IT peripherals.
  • Install, configure, image, maintain, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and other technology equipment.

  • Assist with account changes and terminations.
  • Support new employee onboarding and provide hands-on technology assistance during orientation and training.
  • Help employees become comfortable and productive with the technology they use in their daily work.

IT Assets & Inventory

  • Assist with IT asset management and equipment inventory.
  • Help with shipping, receiving, equipment deployment, and ordering IT supplies and equipment as needed.

Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Assist with developing and maintaining IT knowledge base articles and resources.
  • Participate in cross-training and knowledge-sharing to expand technical expertise and reduce unnecessary escalations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT support processes and help implement solutions.
What We're Looking For

Required:

Preferred:

  • Equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered.
  • Experience providing IT support in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience with EPIC, Dentrix, or other healthcare information systems.
  • A hands-on, customer-focused approach to providing technical support.
  • Understanding of business processes and how technology supports day-to-day operations.
What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys helping people solve technology problems.
  • Approaches challenges with a calm, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Can communicate technical information in a clear and approachable way.
