WIC Nutritionist – Noble Community Clinics
Wautoma, Wisconsin | Part-Time .45 FTE

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct participant-centered nutrition assessments using VENA
  • Identify/document nutrition risks and provide follow-up for high-risk participants
  • Assign and tailor WIC food packages
  • Provide individualized nutrition education, including breastfeeding support
  • Interpret growth and lab trends
  • Support participant goal-setting and make referrals to health/social services
  • Document all nutrition services in accordance with WIC standards
  • Assist with intake, phone support, anthropometrics, and blood work as needed
  • Adhere to State WIC and Noble policies; complete required competency training

What We’re Looking For

  • Certified Dietitian (CD) – Wisconsin, OR NDTR registered with CDR, preferred
  • Ability to pass WIC Nutritionist competency assessment within 1 year
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 1+ year with a master’s/doctoral degree
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with participants, colleagues, and community partners
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and eligibility to operate a company vehicle
