Requirements

  • Manage website updates, landing page creation, troubleshooting content uploads using our Content Management System (CMS).
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM, email automation, audience segmentation, and data integrity.
  • Partner with IT to support marketing technology initiatives and system integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize marketing tools, platforms, and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track website performance, campaign results, and CRM health.
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in computer science, marketing technology, or a related field, with a strong understanding of biology or life sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Content Management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience supporting website updates, integrations, and marketing technologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer science principles and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent English-writing, speaking and proof-reading skills are essential.
  • Must be a team player with ability and desire to collaborate with diverse staff and support customers.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft software (word processing, email, spreadsheet, and database applications).
  • Organized and self-motivated.
