Job Overview
The Production Assembler is an entry-level role responsible for assembling parts and products under direct supervision. This position focuses on learning assembly processes, following instructions, and meeting basic production, safety, and quality requirements.
A Day In The Life
Assemble parts and components following work instructions and supervision
Perform basic assembly tasks using hand and power tools
Inspect own work for basic quality standards
Maintain clean and organized work area (6S/Lean practices)
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
Move materials within the work area as needed
Support team production goals and daily output requirements
Requires direct supervision and coaching
Developing consistency in safety, quality, and productivity
Demonstrates willingness to learn and follow direction
