Pay Range: $80,250 - $107,000/Year
Who is Nova-Tech Engineering?
Headquartered in Willmar, MN, Nova-Tech Engineering is a growing, dynamic company founded in 1992 that began as one person’s passion to benefit the agricultural industry.  Through innovative process automation technology, the company engineers and manufactures products that serve over 500 commercial poultry hatcheries in over 65 countries worldwide.
Nova-Tech houses every aspect of its business on the MinnWest Technology Campus, including a manufacturing facility located just steps away from our engineering and drafting teams. Walking from building to building, you can observe our whole process, from concept to final product.

  • Identify culture trends, opportunities, and risks, providing recommendations that strengthen organizational health and employee experience.
  • Lead strategic culture, wellbeing, and campus amenity initiatives from concept through implementation, measuring impact and driving continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior leaders to coach, influence, and reinforce values-based leadership behaviors and a strong organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners to integrate culture, leadership development, and people strategies across the organization.
  • Define success metrics, analyze engagement and cultural health, and use data to guide strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Provide strategic oversight of culture initiatives, ensuring priorities are scalable, sustainable, and effectively executed.

Other key areas include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational culture, employee experience, organizational development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven success leading company-wide culture or wellbeing initiatives with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational culture, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organization-wide initiatives.
  • Experience using data and feedback to develop strategy, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
