Job description

Who We Are
At Nuvo Solutions, we manage wireless devices, fleet tracking, and mobile expenses for field service businesses so they can focus on running their companies.
We are casual, highly collaborative, and deeply proud of our team culture. To be absolutely clear, we are a high-performing team; a group of dedicated professionals who come together to work hard, support each other, hit our targets, and go home. We value individual performance, mutual respect, a drama-free environment, and relentless personal growth.
The Role
We are looking for a relentless, highly organized go-getter to act as the right hand to our CEO. This is a ground-floor opportunity. You will start by wearing a dozen different hats, acting as a general helper, and taking things off the CEO's plate.
This is an accelerated development role
For the right person, this position is designed to transition into a high-level Executive Assistant role within 6 to 9 months. We are looking for someone who has that "secret element" and the capability to think like a leader. While this role is not a direct path to a C-level position, you must possess the executive mindset required to eventually own complex responsibilities and permanently take "hats" off the CEO's head. You need to be wired to handle delegated operations with total ownership and zero hand-holding.
What You Will Do (The Immediate Reality)
There is no task too big or too small in this role. You will be doing high-level problem solving one minute and literal heavy lifting the next.
  • Put out the Day-One Fire: You will immediately take over all travel booking and itineraries for the team and planning of events.
  • The "Un-Glamorous" Grunt Work: You will run out to grab lunch for board meetings, break down boxes in the office, handle tedious data entry, make the coffee, and even walk the dog. You must be eager to do these things because it serves the team.
  • Tech & Systems Administration: You will operate daily within our core tech stack (Zoho One and Google Workspace), managing files, communications, and data.
  • Gatekeeping & Calendar Management: You will learn to aggressively and politely protect the CEO's time, managing schedules and external communications.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Traits)
  • Always Deliver Quality: High standards apply to everything we put out internally and externally.
  • You are Tenacious & Accountable: When you are given a task, it gets done. You don't make excuses, and you figure out the roadblocks.
  • Always Be Courteous: Professionalism and respect are non-negotiable, especially when responding or acting on behalf of the CEO
  • Be Socially Responsible: Care about the impact and footprint we leave on our community.
  • You Serve Others First: You have no ego. You understand that grabbing coffee or breaking down boxes is just as important to the flow of the office as preparing a board presentation.
  • You Have a "Grow or Die" Mentality: You actively seek out feedback and you want to be better tomorrow than you were today.
  • You Anticipate Needs and Serve Others First: You don't wait to be told what to do. You notice what the CEO needs before they even ask for it. This also applies to the rest of the team and assisting with their needs to the best of your abilities.
  • Tech Fluency: You are highly comfortable navigating Google Workspace, and any prior experience with Zoho One will give you a massive head start.

Why Join Our Team?
If you have an execution-focused mindset and want to learn how a successful business operates from the absolute top down, there is no better proving ground than this role. Show us your grit, master the immediate needs, and we will train you into an elite Executive Assistant equipped to drive the Integrator duties right alongside the CEO.
