Job description

Radiologic Technologist (RT)

A Radiologic Technologist (RT) is needed in Ocala, FL. Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Ocala. Known as the ""Horse Capital of the World,"" Ocala offers beautiful natural springs, extensive equestrian trails, and a charming historic downtown. This position is with a 323-bed facility and ACS Level I Trauma Center that serves as the region's only Comprehensive Stroke Center.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: $24.93 – $36.15 per hour
  • Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive medical coverage including prescription, behavioral health, and telemedicine.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate X-Rays as ordered by the Provider while practicing ALARA radiation safety precautions.
  • Prepare and transmit images to the Radiologist for over-read and maintain clean, stocked exam rooms.
  • Room patients, record vital signs and patient history, and assist providers with specimen collection or exam prep.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to prioritize patient-centered care and assist with patient transfers or transport.
  • Available for Day or Night shifts with rotating weekend requirements.

Requirements

  • Clear and Active License in the State of Florida
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
  • Registered Technologist (ARRT)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of start)
  • New Grads Welcome
