Introduction a l'utilisation des outils en technologie de l'information dans le but de supporter les processus operationnels, strategiques et tactiques ainsi que les prises de decision au sein des organisations. Les applications d'affaires et la resolution de problemes par l'utilisation de tableurs, de bases de donnees et d'outils de collaboration. Introduction aux outils specifiques en technologie de l'information pour soutenir tous les aspects des operations et des prises de decisions dans une organisation, incluant le marketing, les ventes, le service a la clientele, les ressources humaines, les finances, et la comptabilite. Introduction a l'intelligence concurrentielle et aux principes et outils de gestion de la performance.

Requirements:

Doit avoir un MBA ou une maitrise (preferablement un doctorat) dans un domaine relie a l'application des technologies de l'information en gestion. Doit demontrer une experience professionnelle recente dans le domaine du cours : connaissances solides relatives a l'utilisation des technologies de l'information (TI) dans les organisations et a l'utilisation des TI dans les principaux domaines d'affaires de l'organisation, connaissance des systemes collaboratifs et de communication tels que les reseaux sociaux, et une excellente maitrise des tableurs et des bases de donnees (notamment Excel et Access).
