Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairsin accordance withAudi standards and time guidelines 
  • Complete repair orders with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail 
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and technology toidentifyand resolve mechanical and electrical issues 
  • Execute warranty and repair work to manufacturer specifications
  • Conduct thorough multi-point inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards  
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors to support transparent,timelyclient updates  
  • Maintain a workspace and workflow that reflects Audi’s standards of precision and professionalism  
  • Contribute to a high-performance team culture focused on accountability and results 
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with emerging automotive technologies and Audi systems 
  • Support shop efficiency bymaintainingorganization, readiness, and collaboration across the team
  • Complete video R.O.s for eachcustomer vehicleand repair order 
  • Check and communicate oil level to teammates
  • Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
  • Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
  • Complete vehicle inspection
  • Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
  • Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
  • Providing excellent customer servicekeepingin mind that our customer's perspective comes first.
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency andin accordance withdealership.
  • Test-drivevehicles,test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose,maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if anyadditionalservice is needed. Provide an estimate ofthe timeneeded foradditionalrepairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive repair (level dependent on position)  
  • Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills  
  • Ability tooperatemodern diagnostic and service equipment  
  • Basic computerproficiencyfor repair orders and system use  
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record  
  • High school diploma or equivalent
