Client Consultants deliver a modern, digitally driven client experience from first interaction through delivery and beyond. Success in this role is driven by the ability to connect with clients quickly, communicate effectively, and create a premium yet approachable experience aligned with the Audi brand.

Key Responsibilities 
Client Experience & Engagement

• Serve as theprimary point of contact for sales clients, ensuring a consistent, professional experience frominitialinquiry through post-delivery 
• Deliverexceptional in-person and virtual product demonstrations, tailored to client needs and preferences 
• Leadpremium vehicle deliveries, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and memorable handoff experience 
• Educate clients onvehicle features, technology, and Audi digital platforms, including app setup and onboarding 
• Conducttest drivesthat reinforce product value and brand positioning 
• Manage inbound and outbound communication acrossphone, text, email, and digital channels
• Schedule and confirmhigh-quality showroom and virtual appointments
• Executecustomer mining and follow-up strategiesto generate new and repeat business 
• Build andmaintainlong-term client relationships, supporting retention and referral opportunities 
• Provide ongoing support after delivery, includingfollow-up communication, productassistance, and issue resolution
• Reinforce the Audi ownership experience throughproactive engagement and responsiveness
• Maintainhigh standardsofclient satisfaction and loyalty (CSI)
• Complete lease turn in process withappropriate documentationand signatures

Sales Support & Deal Coordination

• Partner closely with the salesmanagementteam to supportclient interactions and overall sales process execution
• Assistwithdeal documentation, accuracy, and readiness, ensuring a smooth transition to final processing 
• Supportfinance &insurance withpaperwork, billing coordination, and deal completion

Brand Standards & Team Contribution

• Maintainshowroom presentation and organizationin alignment with Audi brand standards 
• Represent the brand with aprofessional appearance, communication style, and attention to detail
• Createphoto and video contentto enhance client engagement and support digital presence 
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to support ahigh-performance, accountable culture
• Participate in training and share knowledge to elevateteam performance and productexpertise
