You'll partner closely with Technical Success leadership, Product, subject-matter experts, and Commercial Enablement to translate complex technology and customer challenges into practical, scalable learning experiences.

As our Senior Technical Success Enablement Manager, you will:

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

Extra points if you have experience in solution engineering, solution architecture or implementation success.
  • Experience building and leading enablement programs for technical or highly specialized audiences, with a strong understanding of the behaviors that drive customer adoption, retention, and value realization.
  • Technical aptitude and credibility, with the ability to understand enterprise software architecture, integrations, application programming interfaces (APIs), data flows, troubleshooting concepts, and complex customer environments.

What will make you stand out:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Architect, Solutions Consultant, or Solution Architect.
  • Experience designing competency models, learning journeys, certifications, assessments, or other proficiency-based enablement programs for teams supporting complex enterprise customers.
  • A track record of turning learning into measurable behavior change and business impact within a rapidly evolving software-as-a-service or artificial intelligence organization.
