Location:Fort Payne, AlabamaJob Summary:The IT Analyst will handle all technical support related to but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, IP phones, RF scanners, PC emulators, servers, AS400, etc. at the South East Distribution Center, located in Fort Payne, AL.Responsibilities:Key Accountabilities:Resolve all Level 1-2 troubleshooting and configuration of the facility’s computer hardwareResolve Level 1-2 technical support of the warehouse management system (WMS), which may include:Verifying WMS processesConfiguring and data integrity utilizing query and file access tools on an AS400Coordinate with facilities staff to troubleshoot MHE interface and assist Project Leads with configuration and/or database changesEscalate Level 3 issues to a support staff at the corporate office for resolutionWork closely with Operations and Facilities Maintenance teamsCommunicate regularly with internal and external customers for any needed supportTroubleshoot general technical problems from DC usersMust be on call 24/7 just in case of emergency and will be required to carry a Blackberry and respond o issues remotely via a company supplied laptopEducation and Experience:High school diplomaBachelor’s degree or technical college preferredMust have CCNP or 1-3 years of experience in general networking3 years of experience in desktop/WHSE systems supportExperience in Windows operating systemExperience in Microsoft Outlook/Lotus notes or general emailExperience in a VOIP telecommunications environmentSkills and Behaviors:Strong knowledge of general network protocols (TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)Highly proficient in structured query language (SQL) for query and report developmentKnowledge of Manhattan Associates PKMS/WM a plusAbility to take direction from multiple supervisors and manage project and time effectivelyStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be resourceful and be able to act as a self-sustaining technical resource in a fast paced, challenging environmentThe Children's Place is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
