Computer Marketing Corporation (CMC) is launching the next generation of our Credit Union Core Platform—and we’re looking for a talented professional to join us at our Sandy, Utah location, to help bring it to life for our clients.

This role will work alongside our Technical writing staff.

Requirements
  • Create user guides, training materials, and knowledge base content
  • Write clear documentation for technical and non-technical users
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Implementation teams
Position Qualifications
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Ability to explain complex systems clearly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
  • Experience writing technical documentation
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and Agile environments
