About the Role:

We are seeking a Grant & Funding Application Writer Intern to join our AI Venture Lab initiative. This role will focus on researching, preparing, and submitting grant and funding applications to support NovaForge's programs and ecosystem growth. You'll work closely with leadership to secure non-dilutive funding opportunities.

About the Placement:

We have a scheduled ongoing placement immediately and an ongoing bi-weekly placement until June. We are also screening candidates for our Summer and Fall of 2025 to align with academic internship schedules. Your placement can be either full-time or part-time, but must be a minimum of 520 hours. 520 mandatory hours are required to complete our program. We allow flexibility to avoid any conflicts with academic responsibilities. Please outline your ideal placement date or term and any constraints you may have.

What You'll Do:

  • Grant Research: Identify relevant grants, funding programs, and sponsorship opportunities aligned with NovaForge's mission.
  • Application Writing: Prepare high-quality grant proposals, applications, and supporting documentation.
  • Data & Documentation: Collect and structure required information, metrics, and narratives for submissions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to gather inputs and align applications with strategic goals.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a pipeline of applications, deadlines, and outcomes.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on funding trends, government programs, and non-dilutive capital strategies.

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or completed a Master's in business, public policy, communications, or related fields.
  • Experience: Demonstrated interest or experience in grant writing, research, or funding applications.

Duration and Compensation

After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
