Job description

Stevanato Group is seeking Maintenance Operators (TMP) for our Fishers IN site!

Objective: Maintenance of the production lines.

In this position the Maintenance Operator will:

  • Execute maintenance work on the production lines, according to the maintenance plan and MTL indications
  • Receive and share a report of the breakdown and activities that occur during the shift
  • Report any machinery non-conformity detected in terms of efficiency, safety and quality
  • Record all production activities on the dedicated software and/or form
  • Execute a line setup and support production during start-up phase
  • Support continuous improvement activities, both internal and external
  • Support colleagues, new employees and operators in production activities when needed.

Qualification Requirements

  • Read electrical diagram and mechanical drawings
  • Breakdown analysis and problem-solving techniques
  • Mechanical, electrical, software and automatic inspection system knowledge
  • Maintenance software knowledge
  • Ability to use main maintenance machine/tools
  • Computer/Microsoft office

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
