Job description

Our Kenosha, WI corporate office is searching for a highly motivated Flight Operations Scheduler to join our team! He or she must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail oriented. We are looking for a “go-getter” and someone who takes initiative. For the selected candidate, we will provide the opportunity for growth, a generous benefit package and a professional environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain monthly crew schedules
  • Responsible for coordination of all aspects of aircraft owner flights
  • Responsible for all aspects of Charter Sales and Flight Following
  • Receive and provide timely and accurate quotes for charter requests by retail clients and/or other operators and brokers
  • Work to analyze operational factors and restrictions that may affect the successful completion of a flight to our clients during the initial quoting phase (weather, runway capacity, aircraft performance, airport hours, crew duty)
  • Communicate effectively with other department to ensure seamless trip execution (Maintenance, Operations)
  • Proactively seek charter opportunities for a diverse fleet of aircraft instead of passively waiting for inquiries
  • Maintain an attitude of total customer service focused on anticipating the clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Prepare and send contracts for client acceptance and execute vendor contracts
  • Ensure client payment is received and vendor payment is sent in a timely manner in accordance with terms for both
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 2-5 years of applicable work experience
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A passion to learn, increase skills, and take on new projects and responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced setting
