Job description

ADP is Hiring a Technical Service Advisor

We are seeking a Technical Service Advisor to serve as our front‑line partner in solving client challenges. The role involves troubleshooting, training users, and earning client satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Help clients manage their business using ADP solutions, troubleshoot payroll issues, and partner with multiple business units to deliver a seamless client experience. Provide advanced application support via phone, chat, CRM, email, or in person.
  • Learn: Continually upgrade knowledge and skills on payroll, federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to maintain the ability to support clients.
  • Organize: Accurately assess when additional support is required, forward requests, coordinate communications with other departments, expedite responses to critical client situations, and identify training needs.
  • Expert: Provide instruction and guidance on product features, processes, and procedures; support and promote internal knowledge management resources; handle complex payroll processing questions and prioritize cases.
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
  • College degree desirable but not required; other acceptable experiences include military experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience navigating ADP platforms or products.
  • Certified Payroll Professional certification.
