Job description

Job Summary:
The Technical Specialist - Junior role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and solutions, particularly in HRSD/WSD, ITOM, ITSM, and SPM modules. The specialist will customize the platform to align with business needs, provide ongoing support, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective ServiceNow implementation and administration.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage ServiceNow applications and modules, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.
  • Customize ServiceNow modules such as incident management, change management, and problem management to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using web services, APIs, or other tools.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to scripts, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, testing, and change management.
  • Participate in system upgrades and maintenance to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Required Skills & Certifications:
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HRSD/WSD, ITOM, ITSM, and SPM modules.
